Priorities for Major Capital Works
Capital works are underway for replacement of bottom green, green lighting upgrade and top green ramp. Members are asked their opinion on priority for further capital works. Please indicate your preference by placing number 1 the box of your first choice, number 2 in your second choice etc.
Club Exterior
• Painting of roof
• Rendering of brickwork
• Replacing some windows
• General tidy up
Club Interior
Replacement of ceiling incorporating:
• New integrated lights
• Sound system
• Possibly air conditioning
• Emergency lighting
• Fire / smoke alarms
Club Shed/BBQ/Entertainment
Replacement of sheds and incorporating:
• Gas Barbeque – similar to Council BBQs
• Memorial Garden
• Permanent workshop
• Outdoor entertaining area
Club Kitchen
Refurbishment of Kitchen:
• Stainless steel benches
• Fridge
• Cupboards
• Stove
• Extraction system
• Floor coverings
• Dishwasher
Roof Over bottom Green
• Roof over bottom Green
• Enclose sides with see-through wind protection
